On Friday, December 9 at 10:15 PM MT, a Form infrastructure partner will be performing maintenance on our Data Platform. It is expected that during the 1 hour maintenance window, Insights will not receive new data, but will remain operational and accessible.

Data will immediately be backfilled at 11:15 PM MT.

Scheduled - On Saturday, December 17th at 9pm ET, the FORM MarketX (GoSpotCheck) engineering team will be performing maintenance on our core database infrastructure. It is expected that there will be up to 15 minutes of downtime during the scheduled maintenance window, with additional intermittent periods of slower than normal response times

Any in progress mission responses collected during this timeframe will be saved on the user’s device. Users will be able to locate the response and submit it once the application is back online.

Identified - We have identified an issue that is preventing some images from loading within PhotoWorks. Our technical teams are working with our partner to ensure we restore functionality as soon as possible. Once our work is completed the missing images will be restored.
